Post Number ONE!

Hi, this is my first solo embark into the world of blogging. This is something I've been wanting to try out for a while, so we'll just see how it goes.

I'm an artist and work in several collaborative groups. I've always had an interest in art, fashion, 2nd hand shopping (thrifting), making my own clothes (or attempting to), cooking... etc. So it was no wonder that I took an interest to these kind of blogs. Since reading them and adding more to my bookmarks list, I started thinking how I'd like to start a blog too. I like the idea of using a blog to gain confidence in your style or ability to make or design things and to share that with other people doing the same thing.

I'm not sure how else to sum up what this blog will be about, hopefully it will unfold and mature naturally over time, like a fine cheese. (p.s I love cheese)
